This course aims to assist frontline winery staff in comprehending sales techniques and boosting their sales performance. The program is designed to be both educational and enjoyable, fostering a supportive environment where staff can share experiences and learn from one another. By the end of the course, attendees will be equipped with the skills and confidence needed to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales growth, ultimately contributing to the winery's success and reputation.
This course will be broken into 3, 2.5 hour sessions. Please see dates below. Appetizers will be provided.
